The Path That Led Me Here

For as long as I can remember, I've felt a deep pull toward supporting people.

I didn't always know what that would look like, but I knew there was something meaningful I was meant to do with my life. Something that allowed me to connect with people, understand them more deeply, and be present with them in the moments that matter most.

That knowing eventually led me into nursing.

Becoming a Registered Nurse gave me the opportunity to care for people during some of the most vulnerable and significant moments of their lives. It taught me how to listen, how to stay present under pressure, and how much trust is involved when someone allows you into their experience.

Alongside this, I also explored other ways of supporting people through mediumship, intuitive work, and Reiki practice. These experiences opened me to different layers of connection and healing, and they were meaningful ways for me to be of service. And yet, even within those spaces, I often found myself sensing that there was still something more — a way to support change that felt more grounded, more integrated, and more directly connected to how people actually experience and shift their inner patterns in daily life.

I am deeply grateful for all that my previous roles have taught me.

And still, over time, I began to notice a quiet inner pull — a sense that while I was exactly where I was meant to be in that season, there was something else I was also being called toward.

The Questions I Kept Coming Back To

Why can we understand exactly what we want to change and still struggle to change it?

Why can we recognize a pattern, understand where it came from, and even know what we should  do differently yet still find ourselves thinking, reacting, or feeling int he same familiar ways?

Why does insight sometimes bring understanding without necessarily creating the change we're looking for?

Those questions weren’t just professional curiosity for me.

They were personal.

At different points in my own life, I experienced what it felt like to understand something clearly in my mind, but still feel it playing out differently in my lived experience. I could see patterns. I could make sense of them. I could even trace where they came from.

But understanding alone didn’t always feel like it reached the deeper layers where those patterns were actually held.

And Then I Experienced PSYCH-K®

I immediately knew: This is it.

Something about it instantly felt different.

For the first time, I was introduced to a way of working with change that didn't rely solely on analysis or insight. It invited me to explore the beliefs beneath the conscious thought.. the ones that quietly shape how we experience  ourselves, our choices, and the world around us.

The beliefs that shape everything.

Barriers and internal walls that I had spent years trying to understand and work through began to soften in ways I had never personally experienced before. Some of those shifts unfolded over days; others felt almost immediate. These were places within myself that I had explored from many different angles and understood deeply — yet, for me, understanding them had never created the kind of internal change I was now experiencing.

PSYCH-K® felt like my answered prayer.

As I continued with the process, I began to experience myself differently. The way I saw myself changed. The way I responded to life changed. My internal world began to feel different, and possibilities I hadn’t been able to access before began to feel available to me.

The way I experience life itself has shifted in such a deeply meaningful and lasting way since

beginning this journey.

Finding My Way  Home

That experience shifted something much bigger than my understanding of the process.

It changed the way I thought about change itself.

The way I understood life itself.

I didn’t view this process as something new I had to learn, but as something thatI had been moving toward for a long time without fully having the language for it.

It felt less like choosing a new direction and more like finally recognizing the direction that had been quietly unfolding all along.

Becoming a PSYCH-K® Facilitator felt like a natural extension of everything I had already lived and learned… my desire to support people, my curiosity about what shapes us, my experience in healthcare, and my own personal journey of growth and self-understanding.

Sacredly Aligned

That is ultimately why I created Sacredly Aligned.

I wanted to create a space where people can come when they know something is ready to shift, even if they don’t yet have the words for what that is.

A space where you don't have to arrive with everything figured out.

Where you don't need to explain yourself perfectly.

Where you don't need to relive the experiences of your past in order to change your present and your future.

And where you're not being asked to become someone else.

Instead, you’re supported in reconnecting with the version of you that already exists beneath the patterns, the pressure, and the conditioning, and in moving toward the life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

Because for me, this work has never been about changing who you are.

It's about creating space for you to step into who you were always
meant to be.
